  • Fitment & Specifications: While we strive to provide accurate fitment guidance for wheels and tires, it is ultimately the customer’s responsibility to verify that modifications meet their vehicle manufacturer’s safety specifications.
  • Errors: We reserve the right to correct any typographical, pricing, or technical errors on our Site at any time without prior notice.

3. SMS & Mobile Communications (RingCentral)

By providing your phone number to Tire & Wheel Master through our Site, phone system, or service forms, you consent to receive transactional and operational text messages (SMS) regarding your quotes, service updates, appointment reminders, and customer support via our business communications provider, RingCentral.

4. Service Policies & Vehicle Handover

When bringing a vehicle to Tire & Wheel Master for service:

  • Authorization: You represent that you are the registered owner of the vehicle or have full legal authority from the owner to authorize services and repairs.
  • Personal Belongings: Customers are required to remove all valuables from their vehicle prior to service. Tire & Wheel Master is not responsible for loss or damage to personal items left inside the vehicle.
  • Operation of Vehicle: You grant our technicians permission to operate your vehicle on public roads or store properties for the purposes of testing, alignment checks, and inspection.

5. Payment Terms & Security Interest

  • Payment in full is due upon completion of services or at the time of product purchase prior to vehicle release, unless express commercial credit terms have been arranged in writing.
  • We accept standard payment methods (credit cards, debit cards, cash).
  • In accordance with applicable state laws, Tire & Wheel Master retains a mechanics lien / security interest on any vehicle worked on for the value of unpaid parts, labor, and storage fees if full payment is not rendered.

6. Intellectual Property

All content on this Site—including logos, branding, text, images, graphic elements, and software code—is the property of Tire & Wheel Master or its content suppliers and is protected by copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws.
